About the Builders Exchange
In Solano and Napa Counties, there is an association for responsible builders:
The Solano-Napa Builders Exchange (SNBE).
Our members provide our communities with a full range of construction services, ranging from major public works improvement projects to a full spectrum of residential, commercial, and industrial private developments. Many SNBE members are second or third generation Napa and Solano County families who have long called this their "home".
Consequently Solano-Napa Builders Exchange members not only practice the standards of good building, they devote time, labor, money and construction expertise to community projects and consumer protection advocacy throughout our service area.
You can call the Solano-Napa Builders Exchange office, or visit the SNBE Member Directory, and get referrals to every kind of contractor, subcontractor, or material supplier you might need for your home or business improvement project.
The Solano-Napa Builders Exchange also advocates for customers by protecting against unlicensed contractor activity as part of our industry's consumer awareness program. We also provide information to consumers on laws and programs available to protect them.
So, whether you are a builder looking for good company, or someone looking for a good builder, talk to someone displaying the SNBE sticker or call the Solano-Napa Builders Exchange.
The Builders Exchange was organized in 1948 and incorporated in 1963. The principle objective of the Exchange is to further the interests of the building industry and to inform and protect its members. The Exchange is located at 135 Camino Dorado, Napa Valley Industrial Business Park, Napa. Business hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Thursdays. CLOSED FRIDAYS.
